Our services are priced based on the various factors including:

• Size
• Temperament
• Coat Condition
• Drying Time
• Haircut

Please understand that each pooch friend is unique and prices are quoted on an individual basis. Due to the unknown factors such as temperament and coat condition, the prices will be confirmed upon completion of service.

Our services start with an extensive bath using our Super Suds Cleansing System that provides massaging, deep coat cleansing with our soothing shampoo and conditioner. Ear cleaning involves inner hair removal when needed. Nails are trimmed. Anal glands may be expressed by request.

Your friend's safety and comfort is our top priority. We provide extra time and care to groom pooch friends that have sensitivities, pre-existing medical conditions or other special needs.

We understand some pooch friends are extremely sensitive to certain procedures such as nail trimming, ear cleaning or relieving the anal glands. Although these are routine procedures normally performed for the well being of the pooch friend, The Pooch Spa will not continue with any grooming procedures that will cause pain or discomfort to them. For some overly sensitive friends, these procedures are best left to the care of a veterinarian. For the very same reasons, we will not de-mat. Excessive de-matting is painful, time-consuming and costly.

Sometimes, they are so matted that the hair must be completely clipped off, allowing new, healthy hair to grow.
